  1. Who uses InterpreterQuest™?
    InterpreterQuest™ works for any type of business that offers interpreting and transcription services. Even for agencies in the Video Relay Service business, InterpreterQuest™ is a great scheduling tool, helping with customer management as well as for employee and resource compatibility.


  2. Why would I want to use InterpreterQuest™ instead of a good, old fashioned appointment book?
    Through our online request system, you and your staff can see your customers' requests when you're away from the office. Our PDA synchronization feature lets you access your requests or assignments virtually anywhere. Just as important, your customers and staff will have 24/7 access.


  3. Can a scheduler take in requests that are made in the office or over the phone and still use InterpreterQuest™ online?
    Yes. If you or your scheduler takes requests over the phone or from an office, you can enter them in your online schedule and keep your calendar up-to-date. If you have walk-in customers and you're occupied, use InterpreterQuest™ to make a future request for them by giving them their own new username/password.


  4. How do I get started?
    All you need is a computer with Internet access. It's easy to set up your own copy of InterpreterQuest™ with given username and password from the server that precisely fits the needs of your business.


  5. Do I need to have my own Web site?
    Yes, since InterpreterQuest™ is merely a Web-based tool, it will need to be tied to the database containing your information. InterpreterQuest, LLC sets up their standard design in collaboration with your current design while you can still make modifications to your Web site in any way.


  6. Will InterpreterQuest, LLC change its structure and design for me?
    InterpreterQuest, LLC will be able to change only its color scheme to match your current set-up and put your logo in place, so your Web site will be color-coordinated.


  7. But I do not have a Web site yet. What do I do?

  8. Will InterpreterQuest, LLC disclose my personal and business information?
    Keeping your personal and business information private is vitally important to us. As with all information, InterpreterQuest will never rent or sell your personal or business information.   9. Which credit cards are accepted?
    InterpreterQuest, LLC accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Please use a credit card that does not expire for at least 3 months. You may also pay directly from your bank account if you prefer not to use your credit card.


  10. I want to cancel my service. What should I do?
    You do not need to contact anyone and spend your time with our customer service. Through your administrative privileges, just go to your “Account” and click “Terminate Account”. However, you should not have any active requests in your system when you terminate your account. Monthly service fees are not refundable.


  11. How do I contact customer support for help with billing and other questions?
    If you have billing questions, suggestions, or comments, please feel free to reach one of the InterpreterQuest staff by filling out the online contact form.
